Newberry Apartments is a series of three student housing properties located in the college town of Athens, Georgia. Their goals for the social media is to market to their young customer base, and share business and event related content with the end goal of boosting sales and renewal rates.

I began working here as a leasing agent, but graduated to becoming their marketing intern. Here, I maintained both social media and sales for all three properties.

In this position, I wanted to raise engagement with our followers, and create a cohesive plan for the direction of our feed. I was able to tap into my creativity a little more, as I am part of the target audience we were striving to reach. Overall, this social media campaign could not have gone better, and I am  very satisfied with our results.​
